How we supported our customer

The customer is a successful London based property owner with a clear vision for quality. He built a strong portfolio of Buy to Let flats, each developed to a high specification. 


In 2020, he completed a scheme of 12 long leasehold Buy to Let flats. These were financed with another bank on a term facility that was now approaching expiry. 


The broker brought the case to us through our new Fast Track process, a product designed to make straight forward BTL cases go through in less than half the time of our standard BTL product and comes with an attractive interest rate too.  


From the outset, the information pack was clear, concise and structured, which meant our teams could accelerate the review with minimal follow up needed. Everything was able to move through the process smoothly and efficiently.
Speed was critical, so the ability to use title insurance and dual representation helped remove common legal bottlenecks and kept momentum exactly where it needed to be. Whilst there were a couple of issues raised during the completion and solicitor stage, close collaboration made sure every issue was resolved quickly and without causing delay.
