How to report fraud
If you are concerned that:
- You may have disclosed any confidential information to an unknown third party;
- Believe a transaction on your account is fraudulent;
- Become a victim of identity theft;
- Have any concerns about security please call the Contact Centre during our open hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm) on 0345 300 2522. Finally, although fraud is on the increase and is a fact of life today, there are still plenty of ways in which you can help protect yourself. Unfortunately, there is no foolproof solution, but follow as many of these tips as you can to give yourself some peace of mind.
