If you need to speak to us regarding your savings, please call our UK helpline on 00 44 330 100 3375* if calling from Gibraltar or overseas, or on 0345 300 2511* (calls charged at local rates) if you're ringing from the UK.
Lines are open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturday (Gibraltar Central European Time) and 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday UK time.
Unfortunately N&P is no longer able to offer any new savings accounts to non UK residents. If you are resident in the UK you can apply for a range of UK savings accounts.
These accounts can continue to run until their maturity date.
A few weeks before your account matures we will write to you regarding your investment and give you the choice of receiving the closing balance by cheque or having the funds paid into an existing N&P Gibraltar Current account (if you have one). There aren't any reinvestment options available.
Alternatively, you can choose to close your account before it matures, without loss of interest. Any restrictions on the account on withdrawing funds no longer apply. There remain a small number of accounts that were held by customers at the Gibraltar branch but whom we have been unable to contact - all outstanding variable rate balances are now held in an easy access Holding Account. To find out if you still hold an account with us, please contact us (using the details above), so that we can make arrangements for the account to be closed and the balance returned to you.
