If you're not already an N&P customer
To apply for a Cash ISA: Download an application form and send it with a cheque to the address below.
To open a Cash ISA by transferring money from an ISA with another bank or building society: Download a transfer form and an application form and send them both to the address below.
If you already hold an N&P ISA Account
To transfer your savings to a Variable Rate Stakeholder N&P ISA Savings Account: Download a transfer form and an application form and send them both, with your Record Certificate or Passbook to the address below.

Remember - when you pay a cheque into your account, don't make the cheque out simply to N&P. You should include full account details including your account number and the name of the account holder the cheque will need to be paid to. It's also important to draw a line through the unused space on the cheque so that extra information or numbers can't be added afterwards.
