What happens next?
Once we receive your request we will issue your internet banking code and a temporary password within 2 days. These will be posted to you to ensure your online banking is set up securely.

Minimum Required PC setup
To use Internet Banking you need to ensure that your computer is set up correctly and has the right hardware, operating system and web browser. If you don't have the right set-up, your Internet Banking experience with N&P may be affected.

N&P's Internet Banking service uses cookies to help keep it secure. As such, they are not harmful in any way. Internet Banking checks if cookies are enabled and prevents the website from being used if they are disabled therefore you should ensure that your web browser is configured to accept them. Should you wish to disable cookies, you can do so by changing the security options in your web browser.

Protect your account details

If you have entered the wrong customer number or password 3 times you will be automatically locked out of the system. Tthis precaution is designed to protect your account against fraud.

Protect your debit cards

Verified by Visa is a service that acts as an extra line of defence against fraudsters who may have obtained your card details. You can register your cards and set up additional security checks whenever you make purchases online, with further passwords that are known only to you. This way you can be confident that you’re protected if a criminal does get hold of your details and attempts to use them to shop online.
