Our Internet banking service is safe, secure and quick and easy to use. You can transfer money, check your balance and make payments at your convenience. The Internet Banking Service can be accessed from your computer or through your mobile to make it even easier to manage your money on the move.

N&P INTERNET BANKING -  All your everyday banking needs, at your fingertips

One of the great things about banking online is the 24 hour access, 365 days of the year.  You don't need to rely on your branch or contact centre to be open to access your account. You can check your balance, move money and make payments at any time of the day – just when it suits you.

Internet Banking could provide the perfect platform for you to manage your money. Once you've registered for our Internet Banking Service you'll have access to carry out the following.

*For security reasons there is some internet banking functionality that can only be accessed in Desktop View.  If you are in ‘Mobile View’ just click on the ‘Desktop View’ button from your mobile to carry out these functions. 

The N&P mobile view has been developed for some of the most popular internet enabled mobile devices.  If the mobile view isn’t available on your type of phone you will still be able to access the Internet Banking Service and it will display as if you were viewing if from a computer in desktop view.

What happens next?

Once we receive your request we will issue your internet banking code and a temporary password within 2 days. These will be posted to you to ensure your online banking is set up securely.

To use Internet Banking you need to ensure that your computer is set up correctly and has the right hardware, operating system and web browser. If you don't have the right set-up, your Internet Banking experience with N&P may be affected.

What will you need?

The checklist below indicates the technology you will need to ensure you can use Internet Banking:

  • Apple Mac OS X - Safari version 4.0 or greater

The website can also be viewed using Google Chrome. Please note, some functions within Internet banking are not currently compatible with the Chrome browser. If you have any problems we recommend you use one of the above browsers which are currently supported.

Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking is available on most internet enabled devices by typing nandp.co.uk/mobile into the browser. We recommend you ensure your device is up to date with the latest version of its operating system.  Please be aware you may be charged by your service provider for internet access.

Screen resolution

The nandp.co.uk web site and Internet Banking service is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Check your operating system manual for details of how to amend your screen resolution.

Cookies

A ' Cookie' is a small file of letters and numbers that a website sends to your web browser helping the site remember information about you and your preferences.

N&P's Internet Banking service uses session cookies to help keep it secure. As such, they are not harmful in any way. These session cookies are essential to the service as they enable you to log in and manage your accounts and are deleted automatically by your browser once your session has ended. Our Internet Banking service checks if cookies are enabled and prevents the website from being used if they are not, therefore you should ensure that your web browser is configured to accept them. Should you wish to disable cookies, you can do so by changing the security options in your web browser.

Internet banking with N&P is safe and secure.

In order to protect yourself against Internet Fraud it is also important that you do what you can. That’s why we’ve introduced these extra measures to make it easier for you to protect your finances:

Protect your account details

If you have entered the wrong customer number or password 3 times you will be automatically locked out of the system. Tthis precaution is designed to protect your account against fraud.

To reactivate your account, please call our Contact Centre on 0845 300 2808 or get in touch with your nearest N&P branch. If you are calling from Gibraltar please contact the Gibraltar branch on +350 200 45050. If you are calling from anywhere else outside the UK, please call + 44 1733 362621.  

Protect your debit cards

Verified by Visa is a service that acts as an extra line of defence against fraudsters who may have obtained your card details. You can register your cards and set up additional security checks whenever you make purchases online, with further passwords that are known only to you. This way you can be confident that you’re protected if a criminal does get hold of your details and attempts to use them to shop online.
