Office of Fair Trading Judgment announced

The Supreme Court has today (25th November 2009) announced its judgment in the Bank Charges case.  It has ruled in favour of the banks and Nationwide Building Society, which means that the OFT can't judge what a 'fair' charge is under the unfair terms and consumer contract legislation.

We will now take time to study the judgment in full before announcing any actions regarding our Current Accounts.
